LSU (18-2) tops NCBWA Division I Poll

DALLAS (NCBWA) – The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association continues its tradition of NCAA Division I polls for the 25th year with its 2023 weekly surveys.

Preseason No. 1 LSU continues its dominance and is atop the poll for the sixth consecutive week.

Some of the big movers from Weeks Four to Five of the regular-season surveys have been Arkansas from No. 6 to No. 3, UCLA From No. 11 to No. 8, South Carolina from No. 14 to No. 9, Campbell from No. 24 to No. 18, B oston College from No. 29 to No. 20, Missouri from receiving votes to No. 21 and West Virginia from receiving votes to No. 26.

There have been 12 conferences (10 this week) represented in the first five standings of 2023, and there were 14 different conferences
in the 2022 NCBWA polls.
