FWAA Dues Update

With the help of our member survey many of you filled out earlier this year, we have arrived at decisions on membership dues. The current membership dues price, $50 for professionals and $25 for students, will remain in effect through July 15.

All members who either join before that date or are a part of the automatic renewal system (set to renew on July 1) would get the "early bird" special of the current $50/25 format. Renewals of $50/25 have already been taken on-line for new members for the upcoming year, so we want to give everybody a chance for that price.

After July 15, the price of membership will be $60 for professionals and $30 for students.

Membership dues for retired members remain optional, but those members are welcom to donate.

We have not increased membership dues in the last 20 years. And the price of doing business has gone up during that time, obviously.

In addition, we are in the process of adding some extra benefits for members which will start with the new cycle of membership. These should more than lessen any financial burden if members take advantage of the new benefits, which will be announced shortly. The discount for Phil Steele's annual preseason magazine will be announced shortly as well.
