When the Football Writers
Association of America needed to move its organization into the 21st
century, it looked to HiTEX! Enterprises. The FWAA, founded in 1941,
needed an online presence, an upgrade of its publications and a promotional
and marketing partner. In HiTEX! Enterprises, the FWAA got all of the
above.
HiTEX! has since added the U.S. Basketball Writers Association, the
National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association and the newly-formed
Arena Football League Writers Association to its cache. For all four
groups, HiTEX! does everything from providing a world-class website
to assisting in the public relations campaigns for the various properties
unique to each organization.
Along the way, founders Ted Gangi and
Cody Monk have used their repertoire
of expertise to bring media entities together, whether it be working
with college bowl games or providing language services for Spanish-speaking
baseball players. What HiTEX! can do will amaze you. The sheer breadth
of knowledge, the constant churning of ideas and the remarkable access
HiTEX! provides is simply unmatched.
In 2002, HiTEX! created a one-of-a-kind college football poll for the
FWAA. The
Grantland Rice
Super 16 Poll consists of 16 expert voters from around the country
and separates itself from other polls by holding its voters accountable
for their weekly ballots and by shunning traditional weekly early-season
voting. After the preseason poll is released, the Super 16 isn't voted
on again until midseason. Now, each season, the FWAA has a poll to use
in determining the winner of its 50-year-old national championship award,
the Grantland Rice Trophy.
HiTEX! has expertise in media relations, office technology, radio and
television production and, of course, website design and maintenance.
So, when your needs call for wide-ranging media services, think of HiTEX!
Enterprises. We are the future of sports media. |
