AFLWA SURVEY

1. Should the current membership fee remain $40 next year?
2. Should the AFLWA consider offering full and limited memberships? For example, a $20 fee could entitle someone to vote only for the Top 8 or only receive the newsletter. Full membership allows someone complete access. If we go to full and limited memberships, in what form should they take?
3. Our board votes for the Player of the Week, and our general membership votes for the Top 8 and will select the AFLWA Player of the Year. Do you have any suggestions for other ways to involve membership?

4. Are there other awards you would like to see the AFLWA give out, such as for off-the-field contributions?

5. What else do you want to see in the newsletter or on the website?

6. What is the most important issue the board should consider when constructing the constitution?

7. What other issues should the board consider?

8. Is there anything the AFLWA can do now to better serve you?
