LAS VEGAS (AFLWA) – The Milwaukee Iron held on
to first place in the Arena Football League Writers Association
(AFLWA) Top 8 Poll.
Milwaukee (5-1) received nine first-place votes and totaled 93
points. The other 5-1 team, the Jacksonville Sharks, received the
other three first-places and totaled 85 points.
Two 4-2 teams, the Spokane Shock and Chicago Rush, are Nos. 3
and 4, respectively. Chicago was No. 2, but lost 44-30 to the Iowa
Barnstormers.
