LAS VEGAS (AFLWA) The Tulsa Talons lost by just a point
on the last play of the game, but the 77-76 defeat to the Arizona
Rattlers was enough to drop them three places to No. 5 in the
Arena Football League Writers Association (AFLWA) Top 8 Poll.
Arizona
(2-1) used the victory over Tulsa (2-1) to move into the rankings
at No. 4.
The Chicago Rush (4-0) remained No. 1, receiving 10 of 11 first-place
votes and totaling 87 points. The other first-place vote went to
the No. 2 Milwaukee Iron (3-0), the leagues only other unbeaten
team.
Milwaukee moved up a space, as did the No. 3 Spokane Shock (2-1).
