Rush drops six spots to No. 6; Soul hops to 2nd in rankings
DALLAS TOPS SCHUTT SPORTS AFL TOP 12 POLL

LAS VEGAS (AFLWA) – For the fourth consecutive week, there was no change at the top of the Schutt Sports Top 12 Poll, and for the first time in three weeks, the No. 2 team held its position.

Schutt SportsThe Dallas Desperados, an 11-point winner over Colorado on Monday, and Philadelphia, a 21-point victor against New York last Sunday, remained 1-2 at the top of the poll. The Desperados got 13 of 18 first-place votes, and the Soul received the other five.

These votes came despite the fact that both teams' starting quarterbacks, Dallas' Clint Dolezel and Philadelphia's Tony Graziani, likely will miss at least the next two weeks with injuries. Dolezel has been out since Week 2.

The biggest mover upward in the poll came from New Orleans, which jumped three spots to sixth, after a convincing 76-55 win over Southern Division-rival Tampa Bay on Sunday. The Storm dropped four spots to seventh as a result of the loss, in which it was outscored 34-0 in the second quarter.

Other risers were Cleveland (from fifth to third), which remained undefeated by defeating Columbus 59-57, Chicago (sixth to fourth), San Jose (seventh to fifth) and Georgia (12th to 10th). Orlando re-entered the poll at No. 11 with a 69-61 win over Utah.

All three 3-0 teams face tough tasks this week, as they will head on the road to face squads with 2-1 records. Philadelphia travels to Los Angeles for a Thursday night contest, Cleveland goes to New Orleans on Friday, and Dallas will play at San Jose on Saturday night.
