Top three remains the same; San Jose rises to No. 4
GEORGIA TOPS SCHUTT SPORTS AFL TOP 12 POLL

LAS VEGAS (AFLWA) – The No. 1 Georgia Force takes the week off, and will watch as the No. 2 Desperados and No. 3 Chicago Rush battle this week in Dallas.

Schutt SportsGeorgia (9-1), a 55-34 winner over the Orlando Predators, received 16 first-place votes and 235 points in the Schutt Sports Top 12 Poll, as voted by members of the Arena Football League Writers Association (AFLWA).

Chicago (8-1), which beat the Colorado Crush 59-48, received the other four first-place votes and totaled 212 points. That was just one point short of Dallas (9-1), which is coming off a 66-59 victory over the Utah Blaze.

The San Jose SaberCats (6-3) moved up a spot to No. 4 thanks to a 56-49 victory over the Arizona Rattlers. San Jose hosts the Las Vegas Gladiators (1-9).

Colorado (6-4), which slid a space to No. 5, is at the Nashville Kats (4-6), who fell out of the poll from No. 12 after losing 71-55 to the Grand Rapids Rampage.

The Columbus Destroyers (5-4) moved up two slots to No. 6 following a 51-42 victory over the New York Dragons. Columbus hosts Grand Rapids (3-6).

The Kansas City Brigade (5-4), which defeated the Philadelphia Soul 53-41, also advanced two places, moving to No. 7. Kansas City is home against No. 10 Utah (5-5), which fell three spots.

Also moving up two places were the Los Angeles Avengers (5-4), who wound up No. 8 following a 59-37 victory over Las Vegas. Los Angeles hosts the Tampa Bay Storm (3-6).

Orlando (5-4), which dropped three places to No. 9, is home against the New Orleans VooDoo (4-5), which moved into the rankings at No. 11 despite not playing.

Philadelphia (4-5), which fell a spot to No. 12, hosts New York (2-7).
