Six of eight writers polled like SaberCats to win the title
WRITERS LIKE SAN JOSE
TO WIN ARENABOWL XVIII

LAS VEGAS (AFLWA) – The San Jose SaberCats were the overwhelming choice in an informal poll of Arena Football League beat writers to beat the Arizona Rattlers and claim their second ArenaBowl title in three years.

Six of eight writers polled by Inside the AFL said the SaberCats would beat the Rattlers, who have lost the past two ArenaBowls. The teams meet at 4 p.m. EDT Sunday in Phoenix.

Inside the AFL, a magazine that launches in January and was created by the Arena Football League Writers Association, will be at the ArenaBowl, providing week-long coverage.
